All of Our Lady's Guild's events and meetings are posted on the Parish Calendar.
Our Lady's Guild is a service and social organization which provides a channel for the Pastor to reach out to Members for help in assisting Parishioners in time of need and in supporting the fund raising activities of the Parish Community.
Through our monthly meetings we endeavor to grow as individuals in Heart, reaching out in social action; in Mind, having interesting speakers and programs; and in Spirit, through prayer meetings and retreats.
Faith blossoms when Members work together for the good of the Community to foster Christian ideals and pray together for people in need.
Friendships grow and are nourished through sharing our work in an atmosphere of goodwill, fun, interesting coversation, and wonderful refreshments.
Through building friendships and meeting with the Pastor and Staff on a regular basis, Members gain a greater understanding of the needs of the Community and share in the ongoing Life of the Parish serving as Lay Ministers, working with Commissions, teaching children in Religious Education programs, caring for the altar and the linens, assisting the Staff, placing inserts in weekly bulletins, watering the plants, assisting with funeral receiptions, and responding with an open heart to any need that our Pastor asks of us.
Our Lady's Guild meets the Second Wednesday of the month and invites all women of the Parish over the age of 18 to join us in friendship with one another to serve the Parish in assisting our Pastor and Community.
With the generous support of our Parish Community, the many fund raising activities conducted by Our Lady's Guild provide the Pastor with money to purchase equipment and furnishings for the Church that enrich the environment of our liturgies, provide comfort for our Parishioners, and special needs for our Commissions and Staff; items that are above and beyond the annual Church budget.
